Joe carey real estate background consists of 4 years as a mortgage broker, followed by 12 years as an investor and realtor, and during that time he also opened a title company for a period of 3 years. He concentrate on residential acquisitions and sales, as well as short sales and foreclosures. His partner, lisa mitchell has focused on short sale negotiations and bank owned properties for the past 7 years.

With his personal involvement and experience as an owner and investor, he bring a level of experience to his clients that is difficult to find in most realtors. He is still an active investor willing to work with and mentor other investors as well as assistng his other clients with their specific home buying and selling needs.
