Carmen Rundell is an experienced operations executive in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations for the South Division and previously as Vice President and Regional Vice President of Franchise Operations at First Watch Restaurants since February 2016. Prior to this role, Carmen held the position of Franchise Consultant at E&I Holdings, Inc. from February 2012 to February 2016, focused on supporting franchisees in restaurant management. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at Egg and I Restaurants and as Training Manager at E&I Holdings, Inc. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Grand Canyon University and completed secondary education at Banner County High School.
