Lee Rhodes has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational capability, employee engagement, and talent management. Lee has held roles such as retiring Senior Vice President People Services at First West Credit Union, Vice President Human Resources at PMC-Sierra, and Director at Human Capital Consulting. Lee also served as a Director Global Recruitment at Research In Motion and as Director HR for Technical Services, Managed Services at HP. Additionally, they were Vice President Human Resources at the INTRIA-HP joint venture and AVP Human Resources at Manulife Financial.
Lee Rhodes completed an Honours BA degree in History and Political Science at Concordia University.
