Luke Holden

Luke Holden, CRISC, currently serves as an Operational Risk Manager at First West Credit Union since September 2021, focusing on collaboration and management of operational risks. Previously, Luke held the same title at HSBC for nearly a decade, providing risk and control guidance on cybersecurity and incident response. Earlier in the career, Luke worked in various roles at HSBC, including Business Analyst and Team Lead in Fraud Operations, as well as positions at Hootsuite, MDA, Zi Corporation, and Nortel Networks, where contributions included software development and project management. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Victoria and additional courses in Computer Crime Studies and Lean Green Belt certification from UBC Sauder School of Business.
