Mark Gawehns

Mark Gawehns has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on mortgage services, sales effectiveness, and business development. Mark has held roles such as Director of Mortgage Business Development at First West Credit Union, Senior Manager of Lending Centre & Business Development, Senior Manager of Mortgage Broker & Member Contact Centre, and Manager of Sales Effectiveness. Prior to this, they worked at Envision Financial as the Manager of Mortgage Broker Centre and Retail Branch Support, and at HSBC in various roles including Assistant Manager of Service and Sales, Senior Manager of Insurance Sales, and Regional Sales Manager at HSBC Broker Centre.

Mark Gawehns obtained a B.Sc. from Simon Fraser University from 1988 to 1993. In 2013, they also became Lean Greenbelt Certified, and in 2021, they completed The Leader's Discipline: A Coaching Approach to Leadership program from Roy Group Leadership.
