Meaghan Caruana is an accomplished Change Enablement Specialist currently working with First West Credit Union since October 2022, having previously served as Local Marketing & Community Investment Manager. With extensive experience in marketing and community investment, Meaghan held the position of Senior Marketing & Community Investment Specialist at Valley First from March 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included consumer-targeted initiatives and community event promotions. Earlier career highlights include roles at Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association and sales management at The Coast Capri Hotel, showcasing a diverse background in customer service, marketing, and project coordination. Meaghan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interactive Design and Multimedia from Victoria Institute of Technology and a Diploma of Applied Design from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
