Nicole Scott

Nicole Scott is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently, Nicole serves as the Manager of Human Resources Business Partnerships at First West Credit Union since July 2019, where previous positions include Senior HR Business Partner and Manager of Employee and Labour Relations. Prior to this, Nicole worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Westminster Savings Credit Union and held positions at the Township of Langley and Braber Equipment Ltd, showcasing a strong background in employee and labour relations. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of the Fraser Valley, along with additional education from Grant MacEwan University and Queen's University, where studies were completed between January 2021 and September 2022.
