Kayla Tate is an experienced Asset Manager currently employed at First Western Properties since March 2023, where responsibilities include providing technical services and analysis for a real estate portfolio. Previously, Kayla served as a Loan Officer Assistant at Veterans Lending Group, managing the loan application process, and before that held various roles in customer service and administration across organizations such as Pearl Plastic Surgery and Lincoln Military Housing. With a strong background in property management, insurance verification, and customer relations, Kayla has developed a comprehensive skill set in real estate and operational support. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree at South Puget Sound Community College, Kayla's educational journey follows a high school diploma from Wyoming Valley West High School, completed in 2010.
