Christina Rashid has been in the professional world since 2003, when they began providing various board and advisory services for private equity and venture capital fund/investment management. In 2007, they founded and became the managing member of Lotos Groupe LLC, where they provided investment and advisory services including portfolio/fund management, direct private investments, advisory board roles, and strategic advisory to founders and executive leadership. That same year, they became president and/or director of AIP Holdings, Inc., Arison Insurance Services, Inc., and Assurance Investment Partners, Inc., where they focused on consolidation of targeted insurance production and related agency services, and acquired Arison Insurance Services, Inc. from Anthem in 2008. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a board observer/agent for control shareholder of Neps Investment, Inc. and NEPS LLC, and a board observer/agent for material shareholder of Intrepid Learning, Inc., Untangle, Inc., and Transonic Combustion Inc. In 2012, they became a director of Pathwork Diagnostics, Inc., and in 2017, they became a director/governor of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC. Most recently, in 2019, they became a director of First Women's Bank.
Christina Rashid obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from St. Marys College, Notre Dame, IN in 1995. Christina then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance & Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, they hold a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) certification.
