Patricia Rosa, MBA, has over 28 years of experience in the banking industry. Patricia began their career in 1993 as an Accounting Manager at Liberty Bank for Savings. In 2000, they joined Brickyard Bank as Senior Vice President & Cashier. Patricia is currently employed at First Women's Bank as Senior Vice President - Cashier and Controller.

Patricia Rosa has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained in 1993. Patricia has also obtained a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained an MBA certification from Bowling Green State University in August of 2022.
