Mike Drinkwalter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike started their career in the hospitality industry, working as a Sales Manager at The Hilton Head Marriott Beach & Golf Resort and later as a Senior Sales Manager at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. Mike then moved on to Peabody Hotels and Resorts as the Director of National Accounts - Northeast Region. Mike continued to advance in their career, becoming the Senior Sales Manager at The Peabody Orlando and subsequently the Business Development Director at Grass Roots HBI Ltd. Mike then took on the role of Sales Manager at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. Mike's career then transitioned into event management and real estate. Mike worked as an Account Director at Grass Roots Meetings and Events and later served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Returning to the hospitality industry, Mike joined FIRST as a VP of Client Services in 2016. In 2020, they became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at EXIT Realty Premier. Mike's most recent role is as the VP of Client Services at FIRST since 2021.

Mike Drinkwalter obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Institute of Travel, Hotel, and Restaurant Administration from Niagara University from 1994 to 1998. Mike also holds a New York State Real Estate Salesperson License obtained in August 2020. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in business development, sales prospecting, solution sales, problem-solving, high-performance habits, head of sales development, and marketing budget setting from LinkedIn. Mike Drinkwalter is also a REALTOR® certified by the National Association of REALTORS®.
