Shawn Stephens

Shawn Stephens has extensive work experience in the banking industry.

From 2022 to the present, they worked as an SVP and Commercial Loan Officer at Firstar Bank.

Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they held the same position at Arvest Bank.

From 2020 to 2021, they served as the SVP and Tulsa Market Manager at First National Bank of Vinita.

Before transitioning to the banking sector, Shawn worked at Mabrey Bank from 2006 to 2020. During their time there, they held various positions, including VP of Lending Officer for Lines of Credit and Commercial Real Estate from 2013 to 2020, Senior Credit Analyst and AVP for Underwriting and Credit Analysis from 2011 to 2013, and Bank Security Officer and AVP for Operations Management, Project Management, Access Control, and ATMs from 2006 to 2011.

Prior to their career in banking, Shawn served as a Store Manager at Red Robin from 2003 to 2006.

Shawn Stephens has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Finance from Northeastern State University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Tulsa Community College, completing it from 2004 to 2005. Their high school education was obtained at Santa Clarita Christian School from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, Shawn has pursued various professional development courses in the banking and finance field, including Commercial Lending and Banking from Southern Methodist University's ABA Graduate Commercial Lending School in 2012, Bank Financial Analysis, Lending, Compliance, Security, Asset Liability Management, Operations from the Oklahoma Bankers Association - Intermediate School of Banking in 2011, and General Banking and Bank Operations from the Oklahoma Bankers Association - Bank Operations School in 2010.
