Barry Wilson

Barry Wilson has extensive experience in the finance industry, with a focus on credit origination, distribution, and strategic investor programs. Barry has held various senior roles at different companies, including FIRSTavenue, where they currently serve as the Managing Director for North American Private Credit Origination and Distribution. Prior to this, they were the Managing Member at Wilson Capital Advisors LLC, where they developed engagement and connectivity for credit and lending platforms. Before that, they worked at Antares Capital as the Senior Vice President for Strategic Investor Programs, where they built strategic relationships and developed marketing strategies. Barry also served as a Vice President at AllianceBernstein, where they provided valuation oversight and operational support. Barry has held leadership positions at SS&C Technologies, Mariner Tricadia Credit Strategies Master Fund, Tiptree Financial Partners, Gemini Partners, Mesirow Financial, Blue Mountain Capital LLC, and CentrePacific LLC. Throughout their career, Barry has demonstrated expertise in leveraging their deep understanding of leveraged and structured credit to build trusted advisor relationships with investors and consultants.

Barry Wilson has a BBA/BA degree in Finance and Political Science from Southern Methodist University. Barry also holds a FINRA Registration, specifically Series 7, 63, and 79, obtained in 2015 from FINRA.
