Shantelle Crouch

Shantelle Crouch has extensive work experience in the banking and photography industries. Shantelle currently holds the position of Vice President and Regional Consumer Services Manager at First Bank since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Vice President and Banking Center Manager at the same company from July 2021 to August 2021. Before joining First Bank, Shantelle owned and operated their own photography business, Shantilly Lace Photography, starting in June 2011. Shantelle also has significant experience in the banking sector, specifically at The Bank of Fincastle. Shantelle held various roles at the bank, including Retail Banking Manager & Personal Loan Officer from November 2017 to July 2021, Customer Service Representative from March 2017 to November 2017, Head Teller from May 2015 to March 2017, and Teller from June 2008 to May 2015.
