Matt Mathias has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Matt began their career as an INVESTMENT ADVISOR at Morgan Stanley in 2001. From 2003 to 2011, they worked at CHASE as a Relationship Manager. In 2011, they joined Amegy Bank as a Relationship Manager, where they provided financial advice and managed business loan and deposit relationships until 2015. Matt then worked as a Lender, SVP at Broadway Bank from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined FirstBank Southwest as a Commercial Lender and later became the Amarillo Market President in 2022. Matt also has experience serving on various boards, including the Texas Panhandle Regional Development Corp, Center City of Amarillo, North Heights Linen Service, and the San Antonio River Foundation.
Matt Mathias attended West Texas A&M University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. The specific field of study is not provided.
