Alice Finn

Alice Finn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alice began their career as a Training, Sales and Service Consultant at a consulting company from 2000 to 2006. Alice then worked as a Consultant at National Commerce Bank Services from 2006 to 2013. From 2013 to 2020, Alice worked as a Principal at Open Road Strategies, where they developed and implemented performance improvement strategies for various companies. In 2014, Alice joined FirstBank as a Vice President of Training and Development, a role they held until 2019 when they became Vice President of Talent Development. Currently, they are serving as a Principal at th3Edge, where they help high school and college students and young professionals achieve academic and social success.

Alice Finn attended Rhodes College, where they studied Political Science. Alice has also obtained the Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2023, the Leadership Architect certification from Korn Ferry Advance in 2021, and the Myers Briggs Practitioner certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2012.
