Carole Bennett

Carole Bennett is an accomplished talent management and development executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. At Sutter Health, Carole served as Vice President of Talent Management & Development from October 2019 to December 2023, overseeing enterprise initiatives in culture, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development. Previously, Carole was a Senior Director focused on talent management and organizational effectiveness, supporting a workforce of 65,000 people. In academia, Carole is a faculty member and Co-Director of the Coaching for Life and Work Program at the University of California, Davis, having developed an award-winning professional coaching program. Carole's earlier experience includes roles at California State University-Sacramento, New West Lending and City Finance, and AT&T, contributing to expertise in organizational behavior and project management. Carole holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University and an MBA in Organizational Development and Change from Arizona State University.
