Calvin Dunning II

Calvin Dunning II has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Calvin began their career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Loan Document Specialist III, where they processed loan applications and ensured compliance with bank policies. Calvin then moved on to Enterprise Holdings Inc. as a Staff Accountant, gaining exposure to various accounting procedures and financial management aspects. After that, Calvin joined FirstBank, where they held various roles including Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst, Capital Markets Analyst, and Mortgage Pricing Manager. In these positions, they provided support in mortgage operations and pricing strategies. Most recently, they served as the Vice President and Fair Lending/CRA Officer, responsible for community development coordination and compliance with fair lending laws. Currently, Calvin holds the role of SVP Director of Community Development at FirstBank.

Calvin Dunning II holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from The University of Alabama. Calvin also attended Brewbaker Tech Magnet High School, where they focused on E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce. Additionally, Calvin obtained a certification in LIHTC from the National Center of Housing Management in 2022. Calvin further pursued their interest in the Spanish language and literature at Universidad de Alcalá.
