Liz Barnett

Liz Barnett is an accomplished Talent Acquisition and Compensation Manager at FirstBank, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Liz was a Senior Compensation Consultant at Citizens Bank from October 2018 to December 2019, focusing on compensation projects related to Home Mortgage following the acquisition of Franklin American Mortgage Company. Additionally, Liz served as a National Recruiter at Happy Tales Humane and held the position of Volunteer Coordinator, contributing to the organization’s mission of providing no-kill options for animals. Liz holds a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both obtained from The Ohio State University.
