Lydia Weber

Lydia Weber, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and industries. Lydia began their career as a Staff Associate Assurance Services at KraftCPAs PLLC in 2012, where they provided auditing services. Lydia then transitioned to the role of Senior Associate Assurance Services, where they continued to excel in their auditing responsibilities. In 2016, Lydia joined Franklin American Mortgage Company as an Internal Auditor III, where they further honed their auditing and financial analysis skills. Lydia then moved on to FirstBank in 2019, starting as a Senior Internal Auditor before being promoted to Mortgage Assistant Controller and later as FB Ventures Internal Controls Manager. Currently, Lydia holds the position of SVP, Operations Finance Officer at FirstBank, showcasing their expertise and leadership in finance and operations. Prior to their professional career, Lydia served as an Accounting Services Graduate Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2010 to 2012, where they gained valuable experience in accounting and financial services.
