Abdullah Aldeghaither

Abdullah Aldeghaither is a senior product manager at Firstbase. Abdullah has also worked as a senior manager for eCommerce product owner at VF Corporation from September 2019 to October 2021. There, they lead a global distributed cross-functional team of architects, engineers and analysts to deliver solutions to the online checkout journey on 11 different brands in both the NORA and EMEA regions. Abdullah was also responsible for owning the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap from concept to production, researching and analyzing complex business objectives and engaging closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure implementation of the product vision. Additionally, they built and maintained a product backlog and prioritize feature development based on business value utilizing a data-driven approach, approved each feature and continuously communicated with technical and business teams to ensure adherence to product vision and to proactively evaluate risks. Furthermore, they coordinated end-to-end testing of each feature and work closely with the quality assurance and downstream teams to ensure successful testing, owned the feature go-live activities and draft and communicate the release notes for each release, and worked closely with the global PMO team to create an all-inclusive intake/ideation process that serves all organizations within VF. Some of their key accomplishments include launching Klarna as a payment method on 5 brands, which generated over $3MM in revenue in the first 3 months of launch, and spearheading a new intake process for for the Digital Technology organization within VF Corp that was adopted by 11 brands.

Abdullah Aldeghaither has a Master's Degree in Business Analytics from University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Abdullah also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine University. In addition, they are certified as a Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance and as a Certified SAFe 4 Practitioner and Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager by Scaled Agile, Inc.
