Rita Scroggin has led the Executive Search Practice at the Triad Group since 2010. She has partnered with leading Silicon Valley Venture Capitalists, Founders and Technology Leaders. Her clients are at the center of technology and are fundamentally changing the world through rapid innovation.

She focuses on building Leadership teams ranging from Board level, C-suite, SVP, VP, EVP, to Director level searches. Rita is an active member in the tech ecosystem, and has hosted several leadership events discussing How to join a company Board, Managing Board Expectations, Attracting Talent with Stock Options, and Startup Acquisition CEO roundtable.

Recognizing the need to create more diversity in the Board room of her clients, she founded Firstboard.io in 2020.
