Jim Bolger

Jim Bolger has a diverse range of work experience in finance and management roles. Jim is currently serving as the CFO at FirstClose since August 2022. Before that, they held the position of CFO at ClosingCorp (acquired by CoreLogic) from May 2015 to March 2022. Jim also briefly acted as the Interim CEO of ClosingCorp from May 2016 to October 2016. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at PTI Marketing Technologies (MarcomCentral) from December 2012 to May 2015, and earlier as the VP of Finance from February 2012 to December 2012. From December 2008 to January 2012, they worked as the Sr. Finance Manager at LG Electronics MobileComm USA. Before that, they held various roles at Accredited Home Lenders from January 2002 to November 2008, including Senior Manager, FP&A, and Manager, Corporate Financial Planning. Previously, they worked at GreenPoint Credit as Manager, Treasury Services / Treasury Analyst from an unknown start date to 2002.

Jim Bolger attended San Diego State University from 1993 to 1997, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MSBA) with a specialization in Finance from the same university.
