Managing Director at Firstco

Michael Gray has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career as a Project Manager at Thurnal Ltd in 1989 and later worked as a Senior Engineer at M W Kellogg Limited from 1991 to 1994. Michael then joined Laing Industrial Engineering & Construction as a Senior EC&I Engineer from 1994 to 1997. In 1995, Michael worked as a Project Manager at NG Bailey for two years. Following that, they joined Firstco in 1998, where they held various roles including Production Director and Managing Director. During their time at Firstco, Michael was involved in several important projects such as the Heathrow Baggage SCADA Project and the Crossrail GRIP 4 Comms & Control Design. Michael also played a significant role in creating the Mauritian subsidiary of Firstco Ltd and recruiting and training a management and engineering team.

Michael Gray attended The University of Manchester from 1981 to 1985 and graduated with a BSc degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
