NICHOLAS ORNELAS

Nicholas Ornelas is a Human Resources Analyst and a U.S. Army veteran with over 18 years of experience in HR, recruiting, mentoring, and team building. Nicholas worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Deer Oaks, where strategies were developed to fill critical positions and candidate networks were built through proactive research. Previously, as a Senior Career Counselor for the U.S. Army, Nicholas supervised recruitment processes and managed enlistment contracts for new recruits. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trident University International.
