Joseph Aresu

Joseph Aresu is currently the Client Services Lead at Firstech, LLC. where they create technical documents for customers, monitor agent activity and metrics, and resolve product issues while ensuring data security for end-users. Previously, they worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at PISCES, investigating IOCs and overseeing network logs. Prior to that, Joseph was a Client Care Representative at Columbia Bank and a Residential Billing Specialist at Spectrum. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in IT Cybersecurity & Networking from Green River College.
