Dr. Stephen Dubrey

Dr. Stephen DuBrey, Eng.D., PMP, serves as the Manager of Program Delivery for Emerging Technology Programs at FirstEnergy, focusing on the Smart Grid Modernization programs. With extensive experience in project management, Dr. DuBrey has previously held senior roles at Duquesne Light Company, Pepco Holdings, Black & Veatch, Lendlease, General Electric, and the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command. Dr. DuBrey's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and advanced degrees in Construction Management and Industrial & Systems Engineering, complemented by executive programs at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley.
