Ken McClelland

Ken McClelland has extensive experience in operations and technology support, currently serving as a Transmission System Operator at FirstEnergy since August 2016, following roles as Associate Transmission Operator and Distribution System Operator. Prior to this, Ken held managerial and senior engineering positions at Citizens Bank, specializing in Citrix infrastructure support from October 2007 to August 2016. Additional experience includes working with the Server Team at RBS International from 2001 to August 2016 and tech support and field engineering roles at Mellon Bank from April 1989 to 2001. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix between 2001 and 2009 and has education from Penn State University and Laurel Highlands.
