Lisa Winston Hicks

Lisa Winston Hicks is the Chair of the board for MV Transportation, Inc., the largest privately owned passenger transportation contracting firm in the United States, since October 2014. She served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for MV from 2012 until 2018. From 2004 until 2012 she was senior vice president, associate general counsel and corporate secretary for Energy Future Holdings.
