Mark Jones

Mark Jones currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Engagement at FirstEnergy, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Mark held several leadership positions, including President at Illuminating Company from May 2019 to September 2021, and President at Toledo Edison Company from May 2018 to April 2019. Mark also contributed as Vice President at Jersey Central Power & Light from June 2012 to April 2018 and served as Director of National Accounts and Customer Support at FirstEnergy between March 2011 and June 2012.
