Penny Miller

Penny Miller has extensive experience in the utility and forestry sectors, currently serving as Supervisor of Utility Aerial Assets and previously as Advanced Transmission Specialist at FirstEnergy since January 2007. Responsibilities include implementing Vegetation Management Specifications, overseeing work performance, new construction, and customer service. Prior to FirstEnergy, Penny worked at ACRT, Inc. as a contracted forestry specialist, ensuring safe electrical service and effective communication with contractors and customers, and held roles as a forester and forestry technician. Earlier experience includes working as a Tree and Shrub Technician at Tru Green and as a Grounds Technician at Athletic Turf Development. Educational background includes an Associate of Applied Business in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology and an Associate of Science in Horticultural Science, both from Kent State University.
