Vitaliy Kabo

Vitaliy Kabo currently serves as an IT Tech Specialist IV at FirstEnergy, a position held since 2000, and has also worked as an IT BI Specialist-III, specializing in EDW design, data modeling, ETL development with Informatica Power Center, and Cognos Framework modeling. Prior to this, Vitaliy worked as an Advanced Systems Analyst, where interfaces for various systems were designed and developed using VS .NET. From March 1998 to April 2001, Vitaliy was employed at Ohio Savings Bank as a Programmer III, focusing on the development of an interest-rate risk management analytic and a mortgage-backed-securities hedging algorithm, along with database architecture design for reporting and risk management. Vitaliy holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering with a major in Structural Design and Technology from Donbas'ka Deržavna Akademija Budivnictva i Arhitekturi, completed from 1987 to 1993.
