Mark Herman

Mark Herman is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at FirstEnroll since December 2023. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Mark has been an Advisory Board Member at Avertra Corp and StationMD since 2018, contributing to the energy and utilities sector and telemedicine services, respectively. As Managing Partner at CFO Services 4U, Mark provides fractional CFO services while developing growth strategies and financial controls for diverse companies. Mark held key positions as CFO at Viventium and Suuchi, Inc., where notable achievements included transitioning to a SaaS-based model and enhancing operational efficiencies.
