Sarah Stevens

Sarah Stevens has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as an LPN at Tri-County Family Medicine since March 2019, where responsibilities include supporting Dr. Usry. Additionally, since July 2013, Sarah has been a Weight Loss and Wellness Coach at FirstFitness Nutrition. Prior experience includes working as an LPN at Mercy from June 2016 to February 2019, where duties included phone triage for a team of seven doctors and two nurse practitioners. Sarah also held roles as an ER Unit Secretary and Secretary at Mercy between August 2005 and June 2015, and as a Medical Secretary at PRORehab from August 2001 to May 2014. Education includes a General Study degree from East Central College (1995-1997), a high school diploma from St Francis Borgia Regional (1991-1995), and LPN training at Four Rivers Area Vocational.
