Cllr Chloé H. is an experienced activist and elected representative currently serving as a Councillor for Wythall Parish Council and as an activist with YoungMinds, where Chloé utilizes personal experiences with mental health to advocate for change. As the founder of Our Voice Matters, a cross-party campaign addressing sexual harassment in political parties, Chloé demonstrates leadership and commitment to social causes. Chloé's involvement with various organizations includes roles as an Associate at upReach, University Advisor for the Political Leader Programme at InvestIN, Co-President of Help the Homeless Society, and founder of the 93% Club at the University of Liverpool. An engaged member of the Labour Party, Chloé has held multiple positions, including Secretary of the Solihull CLP Women’s Branch and Women’s Officer of West Midlands Young Labour. With a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Liverpool and an upcoming Master of Philosophy in Sociology from the University of Cambridge, Chloé has also participated in the Patchwork Foundation's Masterclass Programme and the Leo Panitch Leadership Programme.
