Ben Caswell

Ben Caswell has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ben started their career at British Airways as a Programme Director, Finance Change, and later became the Head of Finance for Heathrow and Gatwick. Ben then moved on to Dell Technologies, where they served as the Finance and Operations Director and later as the Director of European Finance and Development. In 2003, they joined FirstGroup plc as the Finance Director for Great Western and also worked as a Lead Negotiator. Ben eventually became the Director of Financial Control and Franchise Development. Additionally, they held a Non-Executive Director position at RAIL SETTLEMENT PLAN LIMITED from 2006 to 2011.
