Alyssa Casey

Alyssa Casey is the SVP, Head of Growth at firsthand since May 2023. Prior to that, Alyssa was the Head of Market Growth at Cityblock Health from October 2020 to April 2023. Alyssa also held the position of Head of Strategy & Partnerships at Comcast from January 2019 to May 2020. Alyssa began their career as a Senior Consultant at Axia, where Alyssa focused on profit and growth improvement in Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Consumer Goods. Alyssa graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in International Political Science and Legal Studies.
