Jim Berlage

Jim Berlage is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering and Staff Product Engineer at firsthand since March 2023, Jim has held various significant positions at OneStudyTeam from July 2020 to March 2023, including Engineering Manager and Staff Software Engineer. Previous experience includes leading as Lead Software Engineer at Guaranteed Rate and playing key engineering roles at Wyzant and Medidata Solutions. Jim's early career involved research and technical support positions at Saint Louis University and St. Louis Public Schools.
