Julie Jones is currently the Director of Community Operations at firsthand, where Julie oversees market-level community-based staff to ensure consistent and person-centric approaches. Previously, Julie held roles at PACE Southeast Michigan, where Julie was the Director of Organizational Development and Training, and the Director of Operations responsible for budgetary oversight and team leadership. With experience in healthcare management and organizational development, Julie has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University and has demonstrated success in driving change initiatives, talent management, and operational excellence.
