Shawntel Cote, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and operations within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Network Standards & Records Manager at FirstLight Fiber since May 2017, Shawntel has held various key roles including Manager of Core Operations Project Management and Senior Project Manager for Network Operations. Prior to joining FirstLight, Shawntel worked at Sovernet Communications from February 2001 to 2017, where responsibilities included OSP/Fiber Service Project Manager, Hosted PBX Project Manager, Sales-Support Team Leader, and Front Desk Coordinator.
