Lu Ann Sodano

Lu Ann Sodano has a diverse work experience in the fields of media relations, public relations, marketing, and journalism. Lu Ann started their career in 1983 as a reporter at WOBM-FM and later worked as an anchor/reporter at Adelphia Communications- Channel 8 News. In 1988, they became a host/reporter at WHSP-TV, where they covered various topics such as health, environment, and local government. Lu Ann then joined WGNX-TV as a reporter, covering major state and local stories and providing live coverage of breaking news. In 2000, Lu Ann worked as a senior account executive at Cohn & Wolfe, where they provided strategic public relations and marketing counsel to high-profile clients. Lu Ann then moved on to KEF Media Associates, where they served as an assistant vice president of media relations and developed media relations plans for clients in various industries. In 2008, they became the media director at FirstLine Media, LLC, where they oversaw media relations plans and events for clients in diverse industries, researched newsworthy topics, and organized media outreach for successful placement of stories and interview segments.

Lu Ann Sodano completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Journalism at Saint Francis University from 1973 to 1977.
