Shane Colman

Shane Colman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent position was as the Director of Data & Learning Analytics at FirstLine Schools, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the COO at EQA Schools from 2017 onwards.

Shane also has experience at FirstLine Schools, where they started as the Personalized Learning Coordinator in 2016. In this role, they managed a pilot program at Phillis Wheatley Community School, aiming to expand it across the network.
