Beth Ferreira

Beth Ferreira is an accomplished venture capital professional and experienced operator with a focus on accelerating businesses through strategic guidance. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Serena Ventures and a Venture Partner at FirstMark since November 2017, Ferreira also held the role of Managing Partner at WME Ventures until August 2021, where involvement included collaborating with world-class entrepreneurs and managing a diverse portfolio featuring brands such as Glossier and Warby Parker. Prior experiences include Chief Operating Officer at Fab.com, VP of Operations and Finance at Etsy, and Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, along with roles at Flatiron Partners and UBS Securities. Ferreira holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
