Peter Jaeggin

Peter Jaeggin has extensive experience in the field of information technology and security. Peter is currently employed at First National Financial LP, where they hold the position of Senior Vice President, Information Technology & Security since August 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President, Information Technology at the same company from July 2018 to August 2023.

Before joining First National Financial LP, Peter worked at Newton Connectivity Systems (previously Marlborough Stirling Canada) as the VP Technology & Operations from an undisclosed date in 2012 to 2018.

Their earlier experience includes roles at Marlborough Stirling Canada, where they served as the Director of Software Engineering from an undisclosed date in 2008 to 2012. Peter Jaeggin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University between 1984 and 1989. Peter later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to their college education, they attended Oakville-Trafalgar High School from 1979 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, Peter obtained several certifications, including ITIL V3 Intermediate certifications in Service Strategy and Continual Service Improvement from APMG in 2012. Peter also holds an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from the same institution in the same year. Furthermore, they became a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) through Professional Engineers Ontario in 1992.
