Claire Butler

Claire Butler is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Marketing at Figma since June 2015, Claire has successfully built and led teams responsible for global community engagement, events, and advocacy, while driving a community-led growth model. Previously, Claire was the first marketing hire at Figma, launching the company and establishing its brand positioning. Claire's background also includes significant roles at The Climate Corporation, where product marketing initiatives led to substantial market acquisition, and Gap Inc., where participation in a rotational program provided a comprehensive understanding of merchandising and sourcing. Claire holds a BS in Economics with a focus on Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
