Dorothy Kilroy

Dorothy Kilroy currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at ŌURA and holds multiple prominent roles, including First Round Angel Track with First Round Capital and Board Member at both Boatsetter and Cardless. With extensive experience at Airbnb, Kilroy has held various leadership positions, including Global Director of Community and General Manager, where significant growth initiatives were implemented, and the Director of Host Community, overseeing a substantial Superhost program. Prior to Airbnb, Kilroy contributed to Marqeta, Visa, KPMG, and Heineken, showcasing a strong background in business development, marketing, and operational leadership.
