Kristen Reinert

Kristen Reinert currently serves as Chief of Staff at First Round Capital, collaborating with partner Meka Asonye to evaluate new investments and assist founders in building sustainable companies. Prior experience includes positions at Lemonade as Senior Strategic Finance Associate, Rent The Runway as Senior Analyst in Finance, and several roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, culminating in a Corporate & Investment Banking Associate position within the Global Consumer & Retail Group. Kristen began in investment banking as a summer analyst at PCE and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and gained early experience as a summer intern at Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Global Trade & Commerce Studies from Wake Forest University.
