Sharrifah Lorenz

Sharrifah Lorenz, CFA, currently serves as Global VP of Business Development and Partnerships at Census since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing technology and systems integrator partnerships globally to enhance revenue and branding. Lorenz is also a Venture Scout at CRV and an Angel Investor and Mentor at First Round Capital, with notable investments in Air, Aviator, Comulate, Trumpet, and Rime.ai. Previously, Lorenz held significant roles including Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Loom, contributing to its acquisition by Atlassian, and Head of Partnerships at Asana, which went public in September 2020. Additional experience includes co-founding BrightDay, managing investor relations at Xoom, and a tenure as Senior Director at FTI Consulting. Lorenz holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Venture Funding from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
