Alma Galindo

Alma Galindo, CMCA, AMS, currently serves as the General Manager at Breeza Owners Association under FirstService Residential since March 2025, overseeing the operations of a vibrant mixed-use community with 155 residential units and seven commercial spaces. Prior to this role, Alma held the same position at Breeza Owners Association from May 2018 to March 2025 while working at The Prescott Companies, and previously managed Coral Tree Plaza Owners Association as an Onsite Community Manager at ASPM - San Diego, where a significant $5 million special assessment was approved for major infrastructure enhancements. Alma's experience also includes serving as a Senior Community Manager for FirstService Residential in California, managing a portfolio of seven residential communities, and as an Association Manager at Pacific Rim Real Estate, which involved overseeing twelve diverse associations. Alma holds an education from DeVry University San Diego, completing studies between 2008 and 2013.
