Doug Vallery

Doug Vallery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in condominium management and water resource issues. Currently serving as the Senior Condominium Manager at FirstService Residential, Doug specializes in general management, board and contract management, and enhancing owner-resident experiences. As the Founder and Curator of @WaterTrends, Doug focuses on global media reporting regarding water resources and is involved with the Global Water Partnership. Past roles include Condominium Manager positions at Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd and DEL Property Management, as well as managing director at Experience Renewal Solutions Inc., where expertise in customer experience and engagement was developed. Doug has also contributed to private condominium governance as President of MTCC 680 and has served on the board of the Bala Energy Cooperative. Educational credentials include a BA in Environmental Sciences from Queen's University and a Masters in Parental Politics from JRR.
